Why I Practice It
I don’t just use Human Design to read charts, I use it to awaken people to who they’ve always been.
Because when you understand your design, you stop chasing someone else’s path and start embodying your own.
For me, Human Design and the Gene Keys were more than information. They were language for the things my soul had always known but never had words for. They became my compass in seasons of heartbreak, transition, and rebuilding.
They showed me that healing isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about remembering who you are.
The Soul Frequency is the frequency of authentic living.
And it’s one of the most radical love languages I know.
What Is Human Design + Gene Keys?
Everything within you is a map.
Your body carries your truth.
Your energy reveals your patterns.

Human Design is a synthesis of astrology, the I Ching, the chakra system, Kabbalah and quantum physics. It decodes your unique energetic blueprint, your soulprint- showing how you’re designed to make decisions, share your gifts, and move through the world with ease.
The Gene Keys go deeper into this blueprint, illuminating the higher frequencies within your DNA. Through contemplation, they reveal how your shadows hold hidden gifts, and how those gifts open into your highest potential.
